While the name may be new, War Hippies are a duo comprised of two musicians/songwriters who have absolutely been around the country music industry for quite some time, cut their teeth by pounding the pavement over the years, and have experienced all the ups and downs that naturally come with pursuing a career in music.
GREELEY, Colo. (February 23, 2022) – The Rocky Mountain Country Music Awards hosted their seventh annual ceremony at the Union Colony Civic Center in Greeley over the weekend. "I was totally unprepared for the live show Sunday night at Dosey Doe. I swear with my right hand on a Bible, it was one of the best sets I've ever heard. He [Scooter] and Donnie mesh like no other on stage, and when I tell you it will give you chills, I had a full head of hair when I left. Scott's sound was on point and Donnie's fiddle and piano skills are beyond off the charts. Mark my words, the future is bright for this sound and the country deserves to hear it."
